Here we are again, a brand new year. An official fresh start to do things differently than we did the last year. Did you make resolutions this year? How are you doing with them so far?
I definitely have goals for 2015. But I refuse to beat myself up if it takes me a couple of tries before accomplishing them. More than anything, I need to be kind to myself this year. And quite frankly, I think you should be kind to yourself this year too. Every day. Wouldn’t life be a little sweeter if we built ourselves up instead of tearing down? I think it would.
